Ladies Day Luncheon with Liz Halliday-Sharp
Here's the riddle: Horse-crazy girls make up almost all the young riders at every barn, yet top-level racing and equestrian competition still has mostly men. Where do they learn to ride? Regardless, despite the dominance by women in amateur equestrian sports, it still takes extra work and dedication for women riders to succeed at the top, riding against the best of the best. Friday, November 15th, is a day dedicated to top ladies in equestrian sports, human and equine!
This year, we will hear from one of the top riders in eventing: Liz Halliday-Sharp, who is not just a successful top-level eventing rider, but also a car racing driver and media personality! Liz is also an ambassador for Ocala Breeders & Feed Supply.
The luncheon, sponsored by Ocala Breeders & Feed Supply, will be at the OJC Clubhouse on Friday, November 15, 2019, noon to 1 pm, and discussionto follow. Admission is free to riders, officials and VIP Club credentials holders. $45 to Spectators, includes lunch and presentation.
